Press kit introducing the 1968 models & Dealer Literature
As these
documents demonstrate, the convertible was the star of the
show, gracing the cover of nearly every important document sent out
to dealers, members of the press and prospective customers.
It is
interesting to note that the convertible predominantly wears
her original Candyapple Red paint when appearing on color
dealer literature. The sole exception is one of the photos
contained within the tri-fold sales brochure where the
convertible is repainted Wimbledon White.

Promotion Handbook
Six
page guide to help dealers prepare for the upcoming
'68 models
This
handbook references the six-page tri-fold brochure,
two-sided specifications guide, and full-color jumbo
postcard mailer as promotional pieces. Given the
specific details used to describe the marketing
materials (e.g. page counts), we can conclude that
those promotional materials had already been
developed prior to the printing of this handbook.
